"I have had this plate for about 6 years, but it was my father’s license plate for as long as I can remember. He passed way in 1990, and of course my mother kept it. When she died in 2006 the car was driven by my sister. She died in 2013, and I had to jump through a few hoops and pay the Secretary of State, but I wanted to be sure the plate was mine!
